Stress is the body’s reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response.  It’s a person’s physiological response to an internal or external stimulus that triggers the fight-or-flight response.

This primitive response was designed to aid our ancestors survival by preparing the body to tackle or run away from threats.  And as such, served an important purpose – our survival.

Your Time Is Valuable – Use It Wisely

How do you spend in time in your day?

Your time is a very valuable thing, so you should use it wisely.  Your time is  something which can never be taken back or given back, and it can’t be refunded once it is given.   Therefore it’s important for you to be mindful of how you are using this precious resource in your daily life – Especially so if you want to empower yourself to transform your results, achieve your goals, and have a life which inspires and fulfills you.
