Everybody has obstacles to over come in their life. Some make excuses while some do whatever it takes to get past them.
If you have important goals to achieve, it is important that you learn to let go of excuses and resolve the obstacles. Otherwise you get frustrated and won’t get very far.

Setting new goals can be exiting. They can also feel a bit intimidating if they are big enough. Either way, if you want to successfully achieve your goals, you will have to make some changes. And here is where the challenge of obstacles begins.
Making changes requires you to stretch yourself beyond your comfort zone, in order to make progress. It requires you to replace old habitual patterns of thinking, feeling and acting with new ones. As you move beyond your old patterns, your old comfortable ways will be challenged, making you uncomfortable. It’s essential to push through the discomfort so that you can undertake the new habits long enough to break the old habits.

Fear is a normal and adaptive response to perceived threat that has evolved over millions of years. This response is often referred to as “Fight or Flight” – ie when faced with a threat you will either confront the situation or run away.

Fight or Flight response to fear is an important tool in our survival kit. However if the fear, real or imagined is not addressed, it will hinder your ability to make progress on your goals. Breaking through the walls of your fears is essential if you want to transform and achieve more success with your goals
