Todays message is on 2017 New Years Resolutions and includes the Top 10 Resolutions.

2017 New Years Resolutions

Did you set one or more New Year’s Resolutions for 2017?

If so, you’re like lots of other women and men  – 45% of Americans who usually set New Years resolutions.

Yay for you!

Why?  Specifically making resolutions means that you are ten times more likely to attain your goals than people who don’t explicitly make resolutions.

Top 10 New Years Resolutions

So what are the top resolutions statistically?  According to a 2014 University of Scranton study below (ranked 1st to 10th) are the top 10 resolutions people set.  You will see that they are very common ones that are still very valid for 2017.

  1. Lose weight
  2. Get organised
  3. Spend less, save more
  4. Enjoy life to the fullest
  5. Stay fit and healthy
  6. Learn something exciting
  7. Quit smoking
  8. Help others in their dreams
  9. Fall in love
  10. Spend more time with family
